This hands-on program offers a supportive environment to build essential teaching skills. With limited spots available, we encourage early applications to secure your place!

How it Works

  • Students apply each year in the Spring.

  • Successful candidates shadow Spring Classes to prepare for their roles as Junior Assistants starting in September.

  • Over five years, participants progress from Junior Assistant to Assistant under the guidance of a Mentorship Teacher.

This program is perfect for those who want to deepen their involvement in the arts and grow into leadership roles.
